Fringe Care

Fringe Care reflects our roots. The charitable work already in operation is targeted at those on the fringes - prisoners on release, perpetrators of domestic violence, the mentally unwell, addicted and people whose families of origin have provided traumatised values and worldview.

We Offer 

Journey Mentoring

Journey Mentoring is currently operated as a sub committee of a local church (Redlands Church of Christ). This relationship was established to allow the program a corporate home as training was developed, the first mentor/mentee couplets were established, protocols and procedures were established, initial supplier relationships were formed and everything was tested and measured. It also gave us access to Churches of Christ Care policy and operational
standards.                                                                                           
  The program is now ready for its release to a secular, stand alone entity.

Journey is the brain child of Paul Stewart at Compassion Coaching. Compassion Coaching have developed the training and supervisory systems that are at the heart of Journey over the last decades. A supplier agreement will be entered with Compassion to provide initial and in service mentor training, and a “train the trainer” program to enable national expansion. The first graduates of the train the trainer program completed study and field work late last year.
